Keep a sound mind. Remember, it can sense your fear.
The longer you stay in the dark, the more fear you'll accumulate. Check your pulse, and if it gets too high, find a more lit up area to rest.
Solve puzzles and find new lenses for your helmet light to progress through each chamber of the cave. Each new lens will reveal something to you, so keep an eye out.
